G.Y.M. is a physical education program for students to help their progress towards meeting state standards for physical education. G.Y.M. offers youth the education and physical activity necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle. It is a new age physical fitness program that includes fun exercising and classroom instruction. Youth will learn about and set goals for themselves related to physical fitness, nutrition, team building and healthy living. Through G.Y.M., youth with have access to super-circuit exercise equipment, a rock climbing wall, mini trampolines, treadmills, stationary bikes and new-age physical fitness technology to help them achieve their goals.
