ACTS also provides transportation services to local agencies’ consumers such as Lawrence County Mental Health and Developmental Services (MHDS), Lark Enterprises, Lawrence County Associated for Responsible Care (LCARC), DON Services, Lawrence County Social Services (LCSS), and many other community-based agencies. If you or a family member are currently enrolled in a community-based agency’s programs, please ask if they contract with ACTS for their transportation needs. Typically, the passenger’s cost for trips to the agency’s programs are covered through the passenger’s waiver funding or the local agency’s funds.
