LCCAP offers programs and services to help teens gain job skills and experience while earning a paycheck.

Regional JOBS Program (Job Opportunities to Benefit Students):
Funded by Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), JOBS program recognizes disabled high school students as a valuable future labor pool and therefore offers this targeted group with opportunities to gain job skills and realize their vocational potential through work-based learning experiences. Service area includes Armstrong, Butler, Lawrence, and Beaver County.

Regional VOTE 4 Students (Vocational Opportunities for Transition to Employment):
Funded by Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), VOTE is a newly developed Community Based Vocational Instruction program which provides workplace readiness training and work based learning experiences for potentially eligible or eligible OVR students with disabilities. Service area included Butler, Lawrence and Beaver County.

Summer JOBS, AmeriCorps Program, & Internships
LCCAP provides opportunities for valuable paid work experience and leadership attainment by utilizing and leveraging multiple funding streams, as well as partnerships with local AmeriCorps programs and colleges. High school and college students can earn a paycheck as Summer day-camp counselors, Summer Food Service Program aides, early learning classroom aides, youth programs aides, and social service aides, and various other positions.
