It’s said that 1/3 of Americans are one or two paychecks away from homelessness. A job loss, illness, unexpected expense, can quickly change a household’s situation from stable to a crisis situation. Through a variety of funding sources, we may be able to provide a first month’s rent, security deposit, or stop an eviction through a payment to a landlord. We will also negotiate as much as possible with landlords and utility companies to get you as much ahead as possible.
