- The purpose of the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction grant program is to maximize the number of children under the age of six protected from lead poisoning.
- The Healthy Homes Supplemental funding is intended to enhance the lead-based paint hazard control activities by comprehensively identifying and addressing other housing hazards that affect occupant health.

- You will then be contacted by an intake specialist to determine eligibility and start the application
Examples of Allowable Activities
- Perform a risk assessment and inspection in home
- Provide lead-based paint hazards control and abatement
- Educate on the nature and causes of lead poisoning and measures to reduce exposure to lead
