Audit and Tax Services
Lawrence County Community Action Partnership
Lawrence County Community Action Partnership (LCCAP) is accepting proposals for audit and tax services from interested parties that have extensive experience in non-profit and federal, state, and local government services.
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain services of a public accounting firm, whose principal officers are independent certified public accountants, certified or licensed by a regulatory authority of a state or other political subdivision of the United States. , to perform a financial and compliance audit, a retirement audit, and tax return services for Lawrence County Social Services, Inc., a financial and compliance audit and tax return services for Allied Coordinated Transportation Servies, Inc. and a financial audit and tax return services for United Community Services of Lawrence County, Inc. in addition to other services as described in the Request for Proposal.
The procurement for services hereunder shall comply with Uniform Guidance 2 CFR Part 200.319 – Competition and shall be in accordance with LCCAP’s Procurement Policy for Professional Services. It is the intent of LCCAP to retain the services of said agency that will provide the necessary expertise to carry out the activities described within the attached appendixes.
