LCSS plans to submit a regional application which will provide emergency shelter, homeless prevention, and rapid rehousing services within a 12 county region.
Written comments may also be submitted. These must be received by June 25, 2021 and mailed to Kathy Presnar, Lawrence County Social Services, PO Box 189, 241 W. Grant St., New Castle, PA 16103 or emailed to kpresnar@lccap.org.
