LCSS plans to submit a regional application covering multiple counties across Western PA. The program will provide emergency shelter, financial assistance, rental assistance, and case management services provided through the program.
Written comments may also be submitted. These must be received by August 23, 2024 and mailed to Kathy Presnar, Lawrence County Social Services, PO Box 189, 241 W. Grant St., New Castle, PA 16103 or emailed to kpresnar@lccap.org
