Lawrence County Social Services (LCSS) will hold a public hearing on the County’s 2023 Emergency Solutions Grant Application at 2:00 pm August 10, 2023 via a Teams Meeting. LCSS plans to submit an application for the 2023 Emergency Solutions Grant. ESG project funding will support a continuum of services including Emergency Shelter, Street Outreach, Homelessness Prevention, and Rapid Rehousing. These services will be offered across 13 Counties including Armstrong, Beaver, Cameron, Crawford, Elk, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Lawrence, McKean, Potter, Venango, and Warren. The program expects to serve 600 residents of emergency shelter, 60+ street outreach engagements, 150+ units of rapid rehousing, and 120+ units of homelessness prevention.
