LCSS Modification Request
Lawrence County Social Services (LCSS) will request a modification of its existing 2018 ESG program in order to appropriately address the needs of households experiencing homelessness or facing eviction.
LCSS will request the ability to move funds into its existing budget line items that serve literally homeless households.
