LCCAP Early Learning Programs has been calling Ben Franklin home for over a decade! In order to celebrate over 10 years please join us for a Grand Re-opening celebration! The public is welcomed to come see the changes that were made to the building, discuss employment and enrollment opportunities and see what LCCAP is all about! Light refreshments will be available as well as some activities for children. So many memories were made within these walls and we hope to keep making many more!
