If you are in a housing crisis, LCCAP staff are happy to meet with you to discuss your situation, make referrals to community resources, help you create a household budget plan, negotiate with your landlord, and help you apply for financial assistance. Financial assistance is not always available due to a variety of factors including household eligibility, past usage of rental assistance, and funding availability, but staff will provide support and case management to everyone.
Walk In Intakes are conducted every Monday-Friday from 8:30-11 am. Appointments are offered Monday-Friday from 1-3:30. You can expedite the intake process by providing some of your basic information through our kiosk. Welcome (cap60.com). The Kiosk will also permit you to upload documents such as IDs, Proof of income, notices from landlords, etc. (Uploads are not required)
Please make sure to connect with our staff as soon as you can. The sooner we are able to begin working with you, the more likely we are able to be successful in avoiding eviction or ending your housing crisis.
