LCSS plans to apply for HOME-ARP funds to provide financial assistance, rental assistance, and case management to eligible households within Western Pennsylvania.
Written comments may also be submitted. These must be received by July 25, 2024, and mailed to Kathy Presnar, Lawrence County Social Services, PO Box 189, 241 W. Grant St., New Castle, PA 16103 or emailed to kpresnar@lccap.org.
