During April 2023, the Housing Department’s 2020 Regional Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) was monitored by PA DCED. The ESG program provided a variety of services for households that were imminently facing or experiencing homelessness across a 19 County region in Western Pennsylvania including Emergency Shelter, Street Outreach, Homeless Prevention, and Rapid Rehousing services. We are very happy to report that the monitoring resulted in zero findings. We’re proud of the high-quality services provide by our Housing Department’s Case managers and our staff at our fifteen Partner Agencies.
