The Senior Citizen Lottery Program is funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation using Pennsylvania Lottery Funds. Any person over the age of 65 years of age that has signed up with ACTS and provided proof of their age is eligible to receive at least an 85% discount on their fare. Since ACTS is a door-to-door service, our drivers will assist passengers from the door of their home to the door of their destination including assisting passengers with their grocery bags or other carry-on items. Passengers using mobility aids; such as wheelchairs, canes, or walkers, are eligible to have one family member or companion escort them during their trips at no cost to the passenger or family member.
